Publisher
The XNEURONAL service is published on a non-professional basis by an individual. In accordance with Article 1-1 II of the LCEN, the publisher has chosen not to make their personal contact details public; their identity has been communicated to the host, who may transmit it upon requisition by judicial authorities.

Application Data Hosting
The database and files are hosted within the European Union by Supabase (eu-west-3 region, Paris). The application backend is operated by Railway Corp. (548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA, USA) on servers located in the European Union (Amsterdam region, Netherlands); exchanges are encrypted in transit. Certain processing (transcription, speech synthesis, language model, web search) is carried out by providers established outside the European Union: see the privacy policy for the framework of these transfers.
Intellectual Property
The XNEURONAL brand, logo, texts, and interfaces are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without prior authorization is prohibited, with the exception of editorial images covered by our reuse license (see the Image License page). The content you entrust to the assistant remains your property.
Public data and sources
The saints shown in the agenda come from the dataset "Les saints et fêtes du calendrier" published on data.gouv.fr (updated 7 September 2024) and from INSEE's "Fichier des prénoms" (1900-2025), both under the Licence Ouverte (Etalab). XNEURONAL corrected this data (May and June swapped, accents) and keeps one principal saint per day.
The dates of family celebrations (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparents' Day…) are computed with the date-holidays library (ISC licence), whose data, drawn from Wikipedia, is under the CC BY-SA 3.0 licence.
